Tournament Details

• One registration per team - please pick a Team Name

• Open to Girls & Boys, Grades k-6 (Use current grade level)

• Format is 5v5 with 3 mini-games guaranteed

• Each team will have an one hour time slot to play 3 - 12 minute games with 1 minute half time break between each game

• Free Throw contest after 3rd game.  

• Each team should have a parent coach/manager (required)

• Your time slot will be provided 1 week prior to event

• Championship games for each division (times TBD)

• Space is limited and registration is first come first serve

PAYMENT

• $45.00/player ($225/team) direct donation to Make Great Plays

• Our Tax Id: # 88-1182568

• Teams will be confirmed via email once payment is received

• Payments should be made using Zelle or Venmo
  (Zelle is preferred so we can avoid fees but either works)

• Please put Team Name and Division in the payment notes
